Strong and Steady Exercise Classes

Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet or have had a fall. The classes are part of a FREE 24 week programme that aims to improve strength and balance, and also to help people feel more confident when out and about.

The Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are available by referral from your GP or other Health Professionals, or by registering your interest using the form below. Once you have been referred, the Strong and Steady Co-ordinator will contact you to let you know where and when the classes are available.

We will try to make this as close to your home as possible. The classes are held in accessible, local community venues by Level 4 qualified PSI instructors.
